"POINTS" is a reward program for the regular guests of GSMH. It aims to provide perfect service to members. It has three grades: Business Card, Honor Card and Royal Card. Guests with different grades of card will enjoy different benefits and services. Term of validity for points starts from the day when a point is earned to December 31 of the next year. Term of validity for the membership and benefits with Honor Card and Royal Card starts from the date of upgrade to December 31 of the next year.
POINTS members can enjoy exclusive prices and distinguished courtesy when staying in hotels under the management of GSMH, and can accumulate points for staying and consumption. The points can be exchanged for rich gifts, room discounts and partner airline miles. In addition, you can also enjoy other distinguished courtesies and benefits provided by the alliance businesses and hotels of the POINTS. Here, we provide you with professional, thoughtful and considerate value-added services to make your business trip more comfortable and pleasant.

Terms and Conditions of Points Member
Article 1 General Terms
1. "Points Member" is an incentive plan offered by Shenzhen Grand Skylight Hotels Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "GSHM") to its frequent guests (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). Once you join the "Points Member" incentive plan, you may enjoy exclusive membership price and distinguished privilege. Any cost of accommodation will be rewarded with considerable points which is redeemable for various gifts, room nights and flights miles of cooperative airlines; furthermore, you have access to any other VIP privileges and preference offered by other alliance business of Points Member. Upon becoming a Points Member, you agree to follow relevant rules, representation and latest version thereof published on the official website of GSHM Hotel (website).
2. The method of point-earning, preference and reward of hotel, terms and conditions of the Plan for Points Members shall be applicable to any and all hotels affiliated to GSHM and participating in the Plan, however, the actual application may vary in different hotel.
3. GSHM reserves its right to amend, restrict or cancel any terms, rules and manner of reward at any time with or without prior notice.
4. GSHM is entitled to terminate any and all contents of the Plan by giving prior written notice at least six (6) month in advance. After such six (6) months from declaration of termination of the Plan, your right to any points, preference and reward will be ceased accordingly.
5. GSHM reserves its right of interpretation to any terms and conditions of "Points Member" to the extent permitted by pertinent laws.
Article 2 Membership Qualification
1. Condition of registration: you are eligible for membership of Point Member upon consumption in any hotel affiliated to GSHM participating in the Plan; or you may register your membership online by visiting the official website of GSHM (www.gshmhotels.com) or by accessing to the official Wechat of GSHM (GSHM hotels)
2. You do not need to pay for joining into the Plan, however, you must provide effective contact information, and make timely update to such information within one (1) day after any changes thereto. GSHM shall not be legally liable for any information disclosure caused by no fault of GSHM or for any problem relating to account safety caused by such information disclosure. If necessary, GSHM Customer Center will contact its member on the basis of the contact information of members kept on file. If there are several cell phone number in one account or one cell phone number is used by multiple accounts, or in case of any act or behavior involving suspected fraud or improper use of this Plan, GSHM is entitled to terminate such account and/or cancel membership points at its sole discretion. GSHM reserves its right to terminate such account and or cancel membership points in absence of valid contact information.
3. Upon joining the Plan and entitlement to membership priorities, you agree:
a) To reserve and use only one account of Membership Points at any time;
b) You are the sole person using the membership under the Plan (i.e. you shall not share your account with anyone else without express permit of GSHM);
c) The contact data you provided is true and valid;
d) The name shown in your account under the Plan is in consistent with your valid ID card;
e) There is only one cell phone number or one email address in your account;
f) You have read and understand this Terms and Conditions;
g) In view that the Plan is only for individuals, you shall not register in the name of any corporation and/or other entities;
h) To receive any information of your membership account by short message, to allow such personal information provided by you be transferred, communicated to or used by any hotel affiliated to GSHM and supplier with cooperation relationship.
4. You may contact the Customer Service Center of GSHM 400 700 1997 for termination of your membership.
5. GLTY reserves its right to cancel membership and cancel such membership entitlements as points, discount coupons in the account arising out of or in connection with (including but not limited to) the following reasons;
a) Any violation by any member of pertinent laws and regulations of the P.R. China, Terms and Conditions of Point Member;
b) Any misrepresentation in the information or any misappropriation to the Plan;
c) Any member fails to provide or maintain effective contact information;
d) One member holds more than one active account;
e) Any improper, fraud, misappropriation or malicious act of members, including but not limited to abuse of the agreed corporate price without authorization ("authorization" refers to proper identity recognition or verification upon check-in), any act affecting accumulation of points and rewards by improper means, any act of abuse in terms of points redemption, etc.;
f) Any failure to pay cost of consumption;
g) Any physical, verbal or written insult or harassment to any staff employed by any hotel affiliated to GSHM by any member;
h) Any harm or damages are caused to the Plan or GSHM due to any other means taken by any member or participation in any other activities by any member; and any act GSHM deems not acceptable at its sole discretion.

If the membership is terminated by either the member or GSHM, then the member will lose any and all points, points voucher, rewarded room nights and other preferential related to membership, and the member shall no longer obtain or redeem any points under the Plan. If GSHM terminate any membership in accordance with this Terms and Conditions, then GSHM reserves its right to refuse such member to re-register a membership.
6. If any points are deposited into any member's account due to misoperation, then GSHM is entitled to revoke the same points from such member's account; In case of any act of inappropriate use of the Plan, including but not limited to abuse the process of points redemption, then GSHM is entitled to revoke any and all points in such member's account.
7. Membership Privacy Statement
GSHM will collect, store and use any personal information of members in accordance with pertinent Chinese laws and this Article, GSHM will not publish, compile or disclose any information of members and/or any non-public content contained in the reservation service of members unless it is necessary:
a) To observe pertinent laws and to comply with legitimate membership service procedures;
b) To protect the ownership of GSHM's trademark;
c) To safeguard the privacy security of individual members and social public to the greatest extent under emergency;
d) Any other requirements imposed by other authorities.
8. Any and all members is entitled to the service and preferential of any hotel affiliated to GSHM which may be updated or changed from time to time and which varies from hotel to hotel and from one geographical area to another.
Article 3 Membership Grade
1. Upgrade: GSHM will offer upgrade service for members of business card holders to members of honor card holders if (a) eight (8) Effective Room Nights are reached in one calendar year [Effective Room Nights refers to any reservation made via official online channel of GSHM, 400 Customer Service Center or any hotel affiliated to GSHM, and check-in is settled at the best selling price (no breakfast, single breakfast and double breakfast), seasonal promotion price, member price, agreed corporate price, etc. ) or (b) five (5) room nights are reached for room reservation via official Wechat, or (c) 5000 points is reached via consumption by business card holders. GSHM will offer upgrade service for members of Honor Card holders to members of Royal Card holders if (a) twenty (20) Effective Room Nights are reached in one calendar year, or (b) fifteen (15) room nights are reached for room reservation via official Wechat, or (c) 15000 points is reached via consumption by honor card holders; Furthermore, GSHM is entitled to change the upgrade rules at any time and from time to time.

Grade-keeping: Royal Card membership will be reserved in the following year if (a) twenty (20) Effective Room Nights are reached in one calendar year, or (b) fifteen (15) room nights are reached for room reservation via official Wechat, or (c) 15000 points is reached via consumption by Royal Card holders; and Honor Card membership will be reserved in the following year if (a) eight (8) Effective Room Nights are reached in one calendar year or (b) five (5) room nights are reached for room reservation via official Wechat, or (c) 5000 points is reached via consumption by business card holders.

Degrade: Royal Card membership will be degraded in the following year if (a) twenty (20) Effective Room Nights are NOT reached in one calendar year, or (b) fifteen (15) room nights are NOT reached for room reservation via official Wechat, or (c) 15000 points is NOT reached via consumption by Royal Card holders; and Honor Card membership will be degraded to business card membership in the following year if (a) eight (8) Effective Room Nights are NOT reached in one calendar year or (b) five (5) room nights are NOT reached for room reservation via official Wechat, or (c) 5000 points is NOT reached via consumption by honor card holders.
4. GSHM will make annual verification to the grade of membership according to the grades of members specified above, in order to determine the corresponding membership grade in the following year and is entitled to change the basis of foregoing grades at any time and from time to time.
Article 4 Member Consumption and Points
1. Points of Members: Any point member is eligible for one (1) point for every one (1) China yuan it spends and pays for accommodation in hotel participating the Plan of Point Members; and one (1) point member for every ten (10) China yuan its spends for meal during his period of stay in the hotel.
2. Consumption meeting the criteria of awards: Any member may earn points of reward for any reservation made via official online channel of GSHM, 400 customer service center or any hotel affiliated to GSHM and for expenditure at the price meeting the criteria of awards which is listed as follows: a) Price meeting the criteria of awards: Room expenditure meeting the criteria of awards: the best selling price (no breakfast, single breakfast, double breakfast), seasonal promotion price, member price, agreed corporate price;
b) Meal expenditure meeting the criteria of awards: any meal cost (tax and service charge exclusive) incurred in the Chinese restaurant, western restaurant and lobby bar of the hotel and put on room bill;
3. Any cost not paid by any member himself, any service charge, tax, tips, reward consumption, etc. incurred during his stay period in the hotel receive no points.
4. Validity Period of Points: Any points will enter into the account of members on the second (2nd) working days after checking out and will be searchable;Any points shall be valid from the day earning such points to the end of the following year,it shall be deemed as waiver of its rights to such points if any member fails to redeem such points during the validity period, and any points will turn to zero upon expiration of the validity period.
5. No Value of The Point Itself
a) Member points can not be exchanged into cash or any other types of score. Only points meeting the criteria of rewards shall be of value of points.
b) Any points shall be of no fixed or ascertainable cash value, members shall have no ownership to any points accumulated which shall not become any property of members. "Obtain" as used in any marketing material relating to member points refers to "collect", anyone can not infer that such point have any value unless it is used for redemption.
Article 5 Member's Privilege
Member's privilege, rights and interests shall be determined according to the condition of supply and on the basis of qualification requirements. You can enjoy member's privilege, rights and interests only if your reservation is made via official online channel of GSHM, 400 hotline or any hotel affiliated to GSHM and only if you are checked in by yourself; You will NOT enjoy any member's privilege and rights and interests if your reservation is made via any third-party sources. (The official online channel includes but is not limited to the official website of GSHM, official Wechat, flagship store on www.fliggy.com.)
The Point Member may enjoy preferential and service items of Point Member only if the membership card number is provided upon reservation, check-in or consumption.
Check relevant preferential each grade of Point Member may enjoy.
Any hotel participating in the Planis entitled NOT to offer any and all preferential and service items specified in this Terms and Conditions due to any changes in local policies or any other specific circumstances but offer other alternative choice. GSHM shall not be liable to offer compensations to any preferential and service items NOT offered as aforesaid.
This Terms and Condition shall become effective as of May 1st, 2020. If there is any conflict between any rules, regulations, representations or other content previously published and this Terms and Conditions, this Terms and Conditions shall take prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Ribbon
As a part of the Points Member incentive plan, Ribbon incentive plan is launched by Grand Skylight Hotels Management ("GSHM"). The plan aims to provide reward points for enterprise bookers and conference organizers for the reward criteria-compliance consumption at the hotels engaged in the plan, according to the following terms and conditions of Ribbon and all the Terms and Conditions of Points Member.
"Hotel” herein refers to the hotels under the management of GSHM and participating in the Ribbon plan.
1. Membership
1) Target of Ribbon card:
Enterprise bookers, i.e., individuals who book rooms in the hotels for commercial purposes at the agreed price for the company, such as, company administrative assistants, secretaries, office directors, etc.;
Meeting organizers, i.e., individuals who book meetings and activities (including related venues, accommodation, meals and other consumptions) in the hotels for commercial purposes at the agreed price and meeting price for the company.
2) Only individuals are eligible to join the Ribbon and participate in points activities according to the rules of the plan. Companies or organizations can’t hold Ribbon accounts and therefore can’t earn points through Ribbon plan.
3) Members of the Point are eligible to earn points in the Ribbon plan provided they abide by the law, gift and reward policies. Members shall be responsible for informing their employers, principals and/or customers of the award of points in connection with the plan.
4) Non-target of Ribbon card
Third-party channels;
Business travel/conference agents who has signed commission agreements with the hotels.
5) Ribbon incentive plan recruits members by invitation. To become a member of Ribbon, the individual who has received and accepted the invitation must confirm that he/she accepts the Terms and Conditions of Points Member and the Terms and Conditions of Ribbon. No points will be earned for consumption until they have registered as a member of Ribbon and admitted to fully accepting these terms and conditions.
6) All Ribbon members must provide valid personal information and update it timely in case of any change. When an account is linked to multiple mobile phone numbers/e-mail addresses and/or is suspected of fraudulent or abusive activities, GSHM has the right to terminate the account and/or revoke membership points at its own discretion.
7) No employee of GSHM or the hotels under its management is permitted to earn Ribbon points.
8) Members can cancel their membership of Ribbon by sending a written notice (including e-mail) to the Customer Service Center of Points Member. A member may cancel his or her membership of Ribbon without canceling the membership of Points Member, but to become a Ribbon member, he or she must have the membership of Points Member.
2. Reward criteria-compliance consumption
Consumptions that meet the reward criteria include those related to guest rooms, conferences and activities, conference rooms, conference catering services and all-inclusive conference packages, all of which are subject to this term and condition.
Unless otherwise determined by the hotel or expressly stipulated in the specially agreed price, incentive consumption does not include any consumption based on specially agreed price (such as global agreed price and local agreed price, as well as any price discount listed in the Terms and Conditions of Points Member that does not meet the points conditions, etc.)
Unless otherwise agreed and at the discretion of the hotel, no points will be earned through any special offers/promotions other than the Ribbon incentive plan.
Room consumption that meets the reward criteria only includes the rooms booked by Ribbon members for others, excluding the rooms booked by Ribbon members for themselves.
Consumption items that meet the reward criteria exclude any tax, tip, service fee, external seller/supplier fee, any incidental expenses of participants (including personal catering expenses and other expenses), and any entertainment and leisure expenses.
3. Earning points
1) Rules for earning points
When Ribbon members book business accommodation for others in the hotels, they can get 1 point for each 2 yuan of room rate that meets the reward criteria, and there is no minimum consumption limit.
When Ribbon members organize meetings and activities in the hotels, they can get 1 point for each 5 yuan of room rate, meal fee and venue fee that meet the reward criteria, and there is no minimum consumption limit.
2) Points can only be earned once for any consumption that meets the reward criteria under the Ribbon incentive plan. Only the members who make reservations directly through the telephone or at the agreed price for the company through WeChat official account GSHM hotels are eligible for points. Enterprise bookers and individual bookers who book through travel/conference agents (whether on-line or off-line) will not get points.
3) Unless otherwise specified, a maximum of 50,000 points will be earned for any meeting/activity, including all room reservations related to this meeting/activity and other consumptions that meet the reward criteria.
4) For reservations made directly at the hotels, Ribbon members must inform the hotel in advance of their desire to earn points for any consumption that meets the reward criteria before booking relevant room, meeting or activity, and must provide their membership number.
5) For meeting, activity or accommodation consumptions that meet the reward criteria, points will be credited to the membership account of Ribbon within 15 days after the meeting/activity fee or room rate are settled.
6) Points or rewards earned in the Ribbon incentive plan may be subject to tax. All tax obligations shall be borne by Ribbon members themselves, including but not limited to disclosing/reporting to tax authorities the earning and/or use of points or rewards.
7) If Ribbon members have any doubt about their individual account, they must contact the relevant hotel engaged in the plan at once. If the hotel cannot solve the problem, they can contact the Customer Service Center of Points Member. Points will no longer be adjusted after 30 days beyond the settlement date. Members must keep properly all hotel receipts and invoices related to their consumption for presentation when making adjustment requests.
4. Legal compliance and anti-bribery
Participation in the Ribbon incentive plan and the earning or redemption of points shall be deemed void if prohibited by law and shall be subject to any other applicable laws and regulations.
Employers may prohibit or restrict their employees from participating in the Ribbon incentive plan according to policies. GSHM has no responsibility or obligation to comply with such policies. Members shall abide by the terms and conditions of their labor contracts, the internal policies and regulations of their employers, and any other rules or regulations under which they are subject to supervision.
The participation of enterprise bookers and conference organizers in the Ribbon incentive plan must be approved in advance by their employers. Members are obliged to obtain such prior approval, and their acceptance of these terms and conditions at the time of registration indicates that they confirm their employer's consent to join the Ribbon. Enterprise bookers and conference organizers can present their employer's written approval to GSHM at their own discretion. GSHM may at any time require Ribbon members to provide their employer’s written approval for verification, as a condition for obtaining or retaining their membership; for members who fail to provide such written approval, GSHM reserves the right to revoke their membership. In case of any claim raised by any third party due to the failure of Ribbon members to obtain prior approval from their employers, the members shall indemnify GSHM from any liability, loss and damage, and agree to compensate GSHM for any damage/liability it suffers therefrom, including but not limited to travel expenses, legal fees, attorney fees, etc.
